Coaching
I offer coaching for men at inflection points. My methodology is personalized, but it's based on my time as an entrepreneur, years studying sacred texts, and deep knowledge of a few leadership/psychological frameworks (conscious leadership, internal family systems, active listening).
I want to act as a combination of your own ‘pocket’ rabbi, personal & professional coach, big brother, and member of your personal board of directors as we work to ‘make it out the other side’ together.
Who I Coach
I work with high performing men who feel a sense of lack and want to connect with a deeper desire (and then bring it to life). Those men tend to be:
Founders recovering from their startup
Senior leaders seeking their next frontier
Investors ready for a new chapter
Aspiring solopreneurs, coaches and creators
My ideal clients are radically responsible, honest, reflective, curious, and growth minded.
What I Bring
I'm an entrepreneur, active listener, student of the Torah, former All-CIF football player, and more. You're getting 40 years of lived experience, including 10 years as an entrepreneur. I’ve also navigated my own complex transitions, and have gone through many years feeling empty, lonely, and lacking desire.
Throughout an engagement, I utilize a range of frameworks and approaches, including internal family systems, conscious leadership, and active listening, and focusing. I also utilize a lot of the lessons from my years studying the Torah underneath spiritual masters, both in Jerusalem and Los Angeles. I've studied the nervous system in detail and believe that accessing embodied wisdom has a lot to offer when it comes to making the most aligned decisions.
My goal is to help guide you through to the other side.
